As a division commissioner, I support leaders to run their units effectively.

What do you enjoy most in your role?

Getting to know lots of adults that are passionate about guiding.

Are there any stand out moments/any proud achievements?

Being recommend by 2 colleagues for the Division Commissioner role, even though I had only been in Guiding 18 months and only running my own unit for 5 months.
