To celebrate Artemis our Hare being part of The Short Tail Trail in Luton this summer, we are launching a competition that will run throughout June. Simply follow the clues coming to our Facebook page to be in with a chance to win!

How to enter

In your entry email to pr@bedsguiding.org.uk please include all of the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your unit
  • Your age
  • Your entry text

Terms and conditions

  • Submitting your entry into the Adventures of Artemis competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw is being run by Girlguiding Bedfordshire.
  • The competition begins in June 2024 and closes on 21 July 2024
  • Entry is free and all entries must be submitted by midnight on 21 July 2024. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  • There is no other alternative to enter.
  • The prize is 1 cuddly hare and a selection of chocolate. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  • Girlguiding Bedfordshire’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  • The winner will be chosen at random.
  • The competition is open to all members of Girlguiding Bedfordshire regardless of age or location within Bedfordshire.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any and all advertising material including, but not restricted to, all social media platforms.
  • An announcement of the winner’s first name and unit will be made via the official Girlguiding Facebook page.
  • Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Girlguiding Bedfordshire reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • Girlguiding Bedfordshire will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
  • Girlguiding Bedfordshire’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Girlguiding Bedfordshire reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice or consent.
